Order Placement
Please contact our Inside Sales Representatives to place an order by email hello@somatotextiles.com or 1-833-766-2868. Kindly specify the pattern name and color.
Pricing
All pricing is listed in either U.S. or Canadian dollars, as applicable, and does not include taxes, duties, shipping, handling, or additional charges unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Somato Textiles reserves the right to discontinue any pattern or color without advance notice.

All products are subject to change in price and availability at any time without prior notice.
Payment Terms
All orders will be handled on a Proforma basis. Cancellations and returns are not accepted.
Shipping
Somato Textiles products are shipped FOB from our warehouse in Marina del Rey, California. For large-volume orders that meet specific minimum requirements, direct shipment from our overseas mill to an international port is available.
Conditions of Sale
Clients are advised to thoroughly inspect their order prior to cutting to ensure the correct pattern and color have been received.
Color Variation and Matching
All orders are quality controlled by the mill and are produced within a commercially acceptable match. If an exact color match is required, a cutting for approval must be requested when the order is placed. Any additional treatments or flame retardant processes will void any warranty provided by Somato Textiles.
Pattern Repeat Advisory
Pattern repeat sizes are approximate and may vary slightly. We recommend allowing extra yardage when calculating requirements for patterned fabrics to prevent any shortages.
Custom Orders
Custom orders must meet minimum yardage requirements and may include up to a 10% overage. All custom projects are final sale. Cancellations and returns are not accepted.
Warranty
Somato Textiles’ products are manufactured to meet or exceed the quality and performance standards set by the Association for Contract Textiles (ACT).
We warrant that our textiles will perform in accordance with accepted industry standards when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose within the scope of hospitality applications:
- Woven Upholstery Fabrics 2 years from the date of purchase
- Coated Upholstery Fabrics 3 years from the date of purchase
- Treated Fabrics (e.g., flame retardant, stain repellent) 1 year from date of purchase, provided the treatment was applied by or through Somato Textiles.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers fabric sold for use in commercial hospitality environments, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, resorts, and event venues.
In the unlikely event that one of our products fail to meet commercial performance standards, Somato Textiles will replace the affected fabric at no charge; however, we will not be responsible for any labor or installment costs.
The warranty does not apply to the following:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
- Color variations across dye lots or fading over time
- Damage caused by improper installation, cleaning or maintenance
- Dye transfer caused by external contaminants
- Unusual atmospheric or environmental conditions
- Any post treatment of the products applied after purchase
- Any damages from external reasons unrelated to the product
To submit a warranty claim, please notify Somato Textiles in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue, providing proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.
Upon review, Somato Textiles may request a sample of the fabric for testing or arrange an on-site inspection.
